Refund Policy

Nomly sells one-time credit packs used to generate domain names. This is our refund policy for those purchases.
Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Your receipt and card statement will reference Lemon Squeezy, and they handle billing, taxes, and refund processing on our behalf.
Unused credits
If you bought a credit pack and haven't used any of the credits, we will refund it in full within 14 days of purchase — just ask. Credits never expire, so there's no rush to spend them.
Partially used packs
Because credits are consumed the moment a search runs (each search costs us real compute), partially used packs generally aren't refundable. If something went wrong — a search failed and credits weren't automatically returned, or you were charged incorrectly — contact us and we'll make it right.
Failed searches
If a generation fails, the credits reserved for it are automatically refunded to your balance. You should never lose credits for a search that didn't return results due to an error on our side.
How to request a refund
Email hello@nomly.cc with the email address you used at checkout and your order number. We'll respond within a few business days. See also our Terms.
